Most countries allow the importation of our products for personal use, although a few countries limit, by financial value, the total amount that can be imported each year or in each shipment.
Please scroll down and select the appropriate regional link to find your country. Countries that allow importation are listed in the color green and are followed by the "OK" symbol. Even if your country is green, please click on your country to see if there are limits on the quantities imported.
Countries that have restrictions are colored in blue and followed by the word "Restrictions". Please click on your country to see the restrictions, many times a prescription from your doctor is sufficient to import.
Countries that do not allow importation are listed in red. If you live in a red country please contact us by email for current information on importing to your particular country. Email us for more information.
International Shipping
All international orders exceeding $295.00 in cost are shipped free of charge by the U.S. Postal Express Mail. This service is trackable and reaches most destinations within 3-7 days.
International orders that cost less than $295.00 are shipped by the U.S. Postal Express Mail Service for a fee of $30.00.
Canadian orders that cost less than $295.00 are shipped by the U.S. Postal Express Mail Service for a fee of $20.00.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay any duties or customs fees that are incurred by the importation of a product. At your request we can research possible fees and duties, however, for many countries we do not have access to the information and you will have to research the issue locally.
Credit card transactions originating outside the U.S. can be placed through our website. The issuing bank will automatically convert your local currency to U.S. dollars based on the exchange rate the day of the transaction.
If your credit card does not work please contact your local bank that issued the credit card. Some banks have restrictions on foreign transactions for the credit cards they issue, these restrictions can usually be removed with a phone call to your local bank.
