Important Overnight Shipping Information

Orders requesting overnight shipping must be made by 12:30 P.M. Pacific Time (the UPS pickup at our warehouse occurs at 1:30 P.M. Pacific Time). Orders requesting overnight shipping that come in later than 12:30 P.M. will result in that order being shipped overnight, but on the following business day.

Requests for overnight shipping made prior to 12:30 P.M on a Friday will not arrive until Monday as UPS does not deliver on Saturdays.

Orders requesting overnight shipping made after 12:30 on a Friday will result in that order getting shipped on the following Monday (unless Monday is a holiday), and arriving on the next business day (Tuesday, unless Monday is a holiday, which would push delivery back to Wednesday).

All international orders exceeding $295.00 in cost are shipped free of charge by the U.S. Postal Express Mail. This service is trackable and reaches most destinations within 3-7 days.

International orders that cost less than $295.00 are shipped by the U.S. Postal Express Mail Service for a fee of $35.00.

Canadian orders that cost less than $295.00 are shipped by the U.S. Postal Express Mail Service for a fee of $20.00.

Duties

 It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay any duties or customs fees that are incurred by the importation of a product. We do not have access to the information and you will have to research the issue locally.

Credit Cards

 Credit card transactions originating outside the U.S. can be placed through our website. The issuing bank will automatically convert your local currency to U.S. dollars based on the exchange rate the day of the transaction.

If your credit card does not work please contact your local bank that issued the credit card. Some banks have restrictions on foreign transactions for the credit cards they issue, these restrictions can usually be removed with a phone call to your local bank.

Most countries allow the importation of our products for personal use, although a few countries limit, by financial value, the total amount that can be imported each year or in each shipment.

  • Bulgaria - Import licenses are required for all commercial shipments, and for gift shipments if the customs duty thereon exceeds 100 leva. Medicines must be approved by the Bulgarian Ministry of Health.

  • Czech Republic - Medicines are admitted provided the addressee is in possession of an import permit granted by the Czech Republic health authorities.
  • Denmark - Medicines may be imported in amounts costing less than 100 Danish kroner only by pharmacists, laboratories recognized by the State, or authorized dealers.
  • Estonia - No restrictions.
  • Finland - Medicines and drugs, including any substances that may be classed as pharmaceuticals by the Finnish authorities may only be addressed to authorized manufacturers, dealers, scientists, or public health officials for use or distribution in accordance with Finnish regulations. Such substances prepared in doses for use by patients must be clearly and correctly labeled showing the nature and quantity of the ingredients.
